Submit the online Enquiry Form from this link or visit the School admissions office at Jagriti Public School, 7, Chamba Road Mohalla Surara, Chamba, Chamba - 176310, Near Goverment Senior Secondary Boys School. Our counsellor will get back to you to answer your questions and collect the required information.
Once the form is filled, please take a printout of the same, fill in the details and submit the hard copy of the completed form to the School.
Parents / Guardians are invited to visit the School campus to understand the culture and ethos of the Institution. A meeting can be scheduled with the Principal, so parents can have an interaction with the Head of the school, ask questions and collect any information they require.
The parent needs to fill up the admission form and ensure all documents are in order. Kindly intimate the school in case your child requires some special assistance due to any health reasons.
Once the above steps are satisfactorily completed parents will receive an admission offer and may pay the applicable fees to confirm admission.
There will be a parent orientation program before the beginning of the new academic session. This program will acquaint the parents with the Vision, Mission & Ethos of the School.

Street Survivors India, the apex body of Jagriti Public School was set up in the year 1990. Jagriti Public School is a new initiative of SSI, a non-government organization that is attempting to break new grounds for rural children and empower women by providing them access to livelihood and justice.Today the affairs of the Society are managed by the Board of Management consisting of educationists, trustees and social workers. The organization is headed by Ms.S. Ramaswamy, an educationist and social worker, as the secretary of the society. Under her leadership, the pace of expansion and development of the school has greatly increased in recent years. SSI also runs a project for Government school going children known as “SHIKSHA SHAKTI CENTRES,” providing more than 1500 children from class V to XII access to remedial classes, games, library facilities and computer education. The centres are in 2 Blocks (Khargram & Burwan) in the Kandi Sub-division of Murshidabad District, West Bengal.
